Cosmatic is a leader in the field of lipstick and lipstick forming machines, established in 2005. It is located in the cosmetics area of Lombardy, Italy (500 companies-concentrated in the areas of Crema, Bergamo, Milan and Brianza-these areas alone produce more than half of the cosmetics distributed around the world). Since January, the company and other Italian brands Dumek, Axomatic and V2engineering have become part of the new Marchesini Group Beauty. They were all acquired in the past three years with the purpose of expanding the scope of the group's cosmetic packaging solutions.
Cosmatic is always looking for new solutions, and recently launched a new machine LB 3000: an automatic machine that directly fills the lipstick into the packaging through the top filling. The machine is equipped with a 864-position metering table, an air cooling system, a 120-liter melting tank, an independent volumetric meter with 6 filling nozzles, an autoloader for the base and lid, and an inkjet The system prints the code at the bottom of the package.
